DMCA Policy
StreamTVMate respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how copyright owners and their authorized representatives may report material they believe infringes their rights on or through streamtvmate.com.
Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice
Send a written notice to [DESIGNATED AGENT EMAIL — REQUIRED BEFORE PUBLICATION] containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works at one online site are involved.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it, including specific URLs where possible.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner of the right allegedly infringed.
Review and Response
We review sufficiently detailed notices and, where appropriate under applicable law, act expeditiously to remove or disable access to identified material within our control. We may request further information and notify the relevant account holder or content supplier. Where the material is outside our control, we may refer the report to the appropriate provider. Such referral does not replace any action required of StreamTVMate by law.
Counter-Notification
If material you supplied was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to the designated agent. It must include your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number.
It must also state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or its agent.
Where the statutory counter-notification process applies, we may forward a qualifying counter-notification to the complainant. Material may be restored within 10–14 business days after receipt unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order restraining the disputed activity, or another lawful basis prevents restoration.
Repeat Infringement and Misrepresentation
Where applicable, StreamTVMate will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and will accommodate applicable standard technical measures. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or mistake in a notice or counter-notice may result in liability under applicable law.
Service Provider Responsibilities
If StreamTVMate supplies subscriptions as a reseller or service provider, that role does not remove its copyright obligations or establish that any particular content is licensed. Copyright reports should identify the specific material and its location so the responsible parties can investigate.
