IPTV Setup Troubleshooting
Login details are not accepted
Check capitalization, spaces, account expiry, and the selected login method. Ask support to confirm your details rather than posting them online.
The channel list loads but playback stops
Try another channel, close other active streams, and test the connection. Tell support which channel, device, app version, and time were affected.
I cannot find the recommended app
Availability depends on the store, region, model, and software. Ask for an alternative supported route; do not install a lookalike just because its name is similar.
